[~vlovich] we appreciate the work put into this and your efforts to help 
contribute back, the concerns are around how we can make this more generic so 
other libraries similar to trove can be used and we are not adding direct trove 
support or other similar library into the compiler which may or may not have 
non-compatible licenses
