The pull request for this has passed all required Travis CI builds!
[~jfarrell] Issues THRIFT-3053, THRIFT-3189, and THRIFT-3191 can all be
resolved as fixed when this is merged; hopefully we can get Perl SSL support
(without authentication) into 0.9.3.
