fixes for running on the latest os x went into trunk and went out in our 0.9.2
release. I am working on our 0.9.3 release now and would recommend that you
look at switching to the latest version. I have tested building the compiler
for 0.9.3 on os x 10.10.5 but have not tested each client library (brew
installed dependencies and thrift compiled from 0.9.3 branch)
