fix travis dependencies
Stop using the trusty repository on top of precise and switch to publicly
available repositories with versions of the libraries we need to build in
precise, which travis uses.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jeking3/thrift bugfix/travis-build-issue
