Description: After THRIFT-3536 the WP7 support has been deprecated and
removed. This also obsoletes the {{asyncctp}} flag (but not {{async}}!) as the
only purpose of this setting was to deal with incompatibilities between Async
CTP and the final version, and that only applies to the WP7 target. Current
code (including Windows Phone 8 and later) should no longer use the Async CTP.
