This issue mainly the same as in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/THRIFT-2870.
Double conversion was fixed, but integers not, although it was mentioned in
comments.
So, still. using lexical_cast for conversion lead to invalid symbols(comma) in
JSON output and,therefore broken protocol.
