unfortunately it is not completely clear to me what the intention of your
change is. I'm getting dependency problems with {{vector == 0.10.12.2}}, but
{{vector >= 0.10.12.2}} seems to work (still checking, not 100% sure yet).
What was the problem you experienced?
And what about changing it to {{>=}} instead of {{==}}?
