I've also found that the csharp and the d interop for ssl have been almost
completely disabled by the known_test_failures file. In looking at the csharp
implementation it does not accept SSLv3 at all, which means it won't accept the
more universal SSLv23 handshake after which it bumps up to TLSv1_2. This is
probably why all of them are disabled; I suspect the "d" server is affected the
same way. I'm okay adding the c_glib failing tests to these blocks for now.
I'll send you another PR that has make cross passing.
