In {{aclocal/ax_boost_base.m4}}, {{libsubdirs}} is set to inspect lib64
directories when building on 64-bit architectures. However, ppc64le is missing
from this list, causing a failure to link against boost-static properly during
the build.
The fix is trivial. Just substitute {{ppc64}} with {{ppc64|ppc64le}} in that
list.
