The Travis build cross-functional ssl tests for java - csharp fail due to SSL
protocol problems on the C-Sharp side.
The server fails with the following error:
NotSupportedException: "Unsupported security protocol type"
and the client throws an exception in kind:

javax.net.ssl.SSLProtocolException: handshake alert: internal_error
