Description: One of the travis CI build jobs runs
{{build/docker/scripts/sca.sh}} in the ubuntu-artful docker image. It was
recently updated to make precross before doing cppcheck and flake8 analysis,
and that in turn resulted in discovery of issues in the generated code that
