Our project uses the thrift package uploaded to hackage
([https://hackage.haskell.org/package/thrift),] but the latest available
version, 0.10.0, doesn't include a fix we need
([https://github.com/apache/thrift/pull/1145)]. It looks like this is included
with 0.11.0, can that version be uploaded to hackage?
