I'm having this issue. In my case I have Microsoft System Center Endpoint

> Project: Thrift
> Issue Type: Bug
> Affects Versions: 0.11.0
> Reporter: Johannes Luong
> Priority: Major
> The precompiled thrift compiler for Windows (thrift-0.11.0.exe) is recognized
> as "Trojan:Win32/Azden.B!cl" by Windows Defender and the provided md5 sum is
> invalid (probably due to the incorrect filename):
> ??md5sum -c thrift-0.11.0.exe.md5??
> ??md5sum: thrift-0.11.0{color:#FF0000}-rc0{color}.exe: No such file or
> directory??
