I think the approach in [https://github.com/apache/thrift/pull/723] is better
for the project because we can add the apache thrift repository to dub directly
and it will package and build, having a top level dub project file. We also
want to use dub to build lib/d, test/d, and tutorial/d however, which was done
in [https://github.com/apache/thrift/pull/1380.] I worked with it a little
bit, and we're past the linking issues we had before with deimos now. It's
time to take a look at these and combine them somehow.
