I think Cocoa has been deprecated for a while within the Apple developer
community. I’m generally in favor of winnowing down the languages that the
Thrift project has to support.

I found both of these files during 0.12.0 packaging. Is cocoa

cocoa can download Thrift 0.12.0 and continue to use it) from the
project? Would we then move Thrift-swift3.podspec into Thrift.podspec
so that the "thrift" package in whatever package manager that is is
for "Thrift" and not "Thrift-swift3"?
