I agree and stay cool :)
Having being away from this issue for a while (currently due to holidays) I
cannot fully confirm what you are saying. Thing I know is that I have a
multiplexed client connecting to a server implemented in Java and the JS client
isn't working without the modifications proposed in the Github PR.
