Issue Type: Bug (was: Question)
I'm sorry, but you've changed the issue type from "Bug" to "Question", and I
had to change that back.
There's no question in here. To make this clear: This is code that clearly
doesn't belong to Apache, and that clearly wasn't licensed by the original
author under the license that it is now being distributed under.
That's a breach of license and leaves open many question. Re-licensing someone
else's code isn't a "Question", it's a code bug.
