Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version/s: 0.13.0
1. Will be part of the new netstd bindings.
2. Will not be changed in netcore. Since there are far more things wrongly
named in netcore, it would be an otherwise unnecessarily breaking change just
to fix one of many things.
