After fixing THRIFT-4772, the \{{TServerFramedTransport}} class is now entirely
obsolete and replaced by the general \{{TFramedTransport}}.
As the implementation of that class does not comply with the general design of
framed transport anyway, it should be removed as dead code from the code base
in order to prevent the inexperienced from the temptation to use it.
