Environment: The WinHTTP transport method {{CreateRequest()}} needs more
detailed error information. Otherwise it is pretty hard to guess at which step
exactly the problem arises. Additionally, the method should wrap any
non-Thrift-Exception into \{{TTransportException}}. (was: The WinHTTP
