I've created another change, see [https://github.com/apache/thrift/pull/2046]
It seems that only haxe supports spaces between name and value; and that looks
like it will not work with the test.py...
Some of the clients/servers show --protocol arg in help but accept
--protocol=binary.
In addition, --named-pipe and --anon-pipes are not supported by any language
except delphi, not even by the test.py itself. I didn't check the other options.
