Description:
1.if current time is 9:00, now I adjust time to 3:00. timer can't work.
2.if current time is 9:00, now I adjust time to 12:00. timer can work.
and i read the source code,found timer isrelying on the system time.

Question:
gettimeofday is get the system time.
How can I choose the clock source, thrift time is relying to the startup time
not system time.
