Adobe Flash/ActionScript® support -- to retire?..

Hi list!

I've noticed Thrift still has some code dealing with ActionScript 
(lib/as3) which is the script language at the heart of Adobe Flash.

I hope we can agree that Flash is a dead technology by now, presenting 
only a historic preservation/emulation interest (games) which is 
outside Thrift's scope. Or am I wrong?..

BTW, it's easily seen in Git that the whole history of lib/as3/src is 
mere 12 commits (across 11 years). In recent years, changes there are 
mostly maintenance churn.

So, let me suggest to deprecate and eventually remove it. Posting here, 
not yet on Jira, to facilitate wide discussion.
