I introduced a change some time ago in order to add a unique thread ID to the
name of each worker thread in the pool of the {{TThreadPoolServer}}, but I did
not supply a counter. It was my understanding that the counter was provided as
a service of the thread pool itself, but I was mistaken. I propose a counter
be added to fix this.
