Sorry to be that guy again :$ We just discovered a potential bug yesterday after we started to use envoy proxy. We've been trying to understand it the past 2 days, and we identified a potential fix and will verify it tomorrow, and if it's verified to fix the issue, I'll upstream the fix, and we likely want to include the fix in 0.16.0 release.
