Type the remaining untyped methods on
TBase/TException/ThriftClassLoader/TSocketPool/TConstant/TMultiplexedProcessor.
Also fix two real bugs: TException::tmethod missing TType::UUID entry (drift
from TBase) and TMultiplexedProcessor::process() missing : int return type.
