LEGAL-52 has since been resolved, declaring the UnRAR license as a "Category B"
license, so we can use this library as a binary dependency.
Unfortunately it seems like the sourceforge project has gone missing, so I
uploaded the latest sources from the above attachment to
http://github.com/jukka/java-unrar and added an extra RARParser class that
makes this library act as a drop-in plugin for Tika.
