OK, I've uploaded to Sonatype OSS, which is synced to Maven Central:
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/edu/ucar/netcdf/4.2/
As soon as this is sync'ed to Central, I will upgrade Tika's POM to rely on
this, and we're good to go. Hopefully T minus 48 hrs...
