I'm not sure -- I'm not super familiar with how Tika's language ID works...
would have to do some digging to understand why.
It could simply be that top N trigrams isn't "enough" to differentiate
Lithuanian from other languages? Or that this particular test document
"diverges" from the 3gram model too much?
