In revision 1196041 I added a workaround to exclude the LGPL classes from
tika-app and tika-bundle. That should be good enough for the 1.0 release, but
we'll need to come up with a better long-term solution. I'll file a followup
issue for that.
In revision 1196048 I added the ALv1.1 references to cover the old BZip classes
borrowed from Apache Ant.
That should cover everything for 1.0, so resolving as fixed.
