HtmlHandler should use Metadata.add() for Open Graph properties instead of the
HtmlHandler.addHtmlMetadata() method which uses Metadata.set(). The og:*
properties can be multivalued. The Metadata.set() method overwrites previous
entries because it doesn't use Metadata.appendedValues().
