In docx_alltextoncover.docx, as well as in docx_cover.docx, Tika doesn't read:
* The following words in document.xml:
BB
Test
Test Subtitle
Test User
* The following word in header1.xml:
Test
In docx_sdtintable.docx, Tika doesn't read the following words in document.xml:
Test
Test Subtitle
Test User
