I'd prefer not to comment out the test, as I think it is good to check we're
getting back what's in the file. I'd rather we fixed the test to pass
everywhere!
Any chance you could search through the list archives and/or svn, and see what
we've done elsewhere when it comes to testing date times coming from files that
don't store timezone information?
