Thank you for raising this issue and providing a patch! Sorry that no one got
back to you.
The patch looks good! Can you put up a review on reviews.apache.org? That way,
we can comment on individual lines. But, a couple things before that, I think
there needs to be "@Test" before your test case. Also, can you have the test
check the formatting of an entire list (<ol> through </ol> in one contains
call)?
