Trunk broken - forbidden API check failing

Hi All

Anyone know about this, which is causing trunk to not build, triggering 
during creating the bundle:

[INFO]

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Loading of class 
com.google.protobuf.Descriptors$Descriptor failed: Not found
