Hi Folks, Based on ongoing work and the effort to take Tika to the Xetabytes of scientific data out there, I've added a small document for all committers (or anyone really) to use. The document essentially describes how to publish third party artifacts to Sonatype OSSRH which will then be sucked into Maven Central.
