Thanks, mime magic added in r1644596.
Any chance you could also produce a small test .bpg file for us? Ideally with
the same metadata as the .jpg file we have offers? We can then use that for a
mime magic test, and later also have it ready for a .bpg parser test once
there's a suitable Java BPG library to depend on
