As mentioned in the linked issue, it has been identified that GCMD DIF file
format complies with an XML schema defined by GCMD with the mime-type
"text/dif+xml".
The architecture of the DIF Parser will be an extension of XML Parser, which
would output key value pairs corresponding to the defined metadata
