Folks, I am honestly not sure if this issue should be here or should be
somewhere else. However as it seems that we e.g. Tika community, are the ones
pushing on with [publishing the UCAR dependencies to Maven
Central|https://wiki.apache.org/tika/ThirdPartySonaType], I thought I would
write short script which automates this for us all in the future.
Please see attached patch which can be applied to trunk. It can be invoked
without any command line parameters and will print you out a nice little usage
message. It is also documented within the patch what it does.
