Any thoughts on how we'll allow setting of the service to use, and the
license/api key for that? Via headers in the request? Via a properties file
given to the Tika Server at startup? Via (new?) entries in the Tika Config + a
custom Tika Config given to the Server at startup?
(I believe we can define translators via config, but not their api/license keys)
