Those are detection, the file formats page only refers to parsing
If you are able to write a parser for APK files, we'd love it if you could add
one in! http://tika.apache.org/1.8/parser_guide.html has information on what's
involved in writing a parser, you'd need to read up on the file format too to
work out how to parse it
