At least two sources of exceptions were identified when we added paragraph
numbering support for doc/docx in TIKA-1315. We've added protective
checks/catches for 1.9 for now, but we should try to figure out if these
problems are an issue at the POI level or are just things to be expected and
protected against at the Tika level.
