Upgraded, and various TODOs fixed.
If someone's keen, remaining TODOs are:
* Add test Snappy and Snappy Framed test resources, and unit tests
* Add {{LZMACompressorInputStream}} support and tests
* Add {{LZWInputStream}} -> {{UnshrinkingInputStream}} support and tests
