I am glad to know that there is process in
[java-hwp|https://github.com/ddoleye/java-hwp/issues/2].
After all, I am a newbie on file formats who just uses tika for several days.
So, I will stop watching TIKA-1728 and TIKA-1731.
I believe you will get more help from cogniti and ddoley.
