Tim Allison resolved TIKA-1778.

Resolution: Fixed
Thanks to [~kiwiwings] for the patch, this is now fixed.
I added the {{if ...endsWith}} line discussed over on TIKA-1707, and reran
against govdocs1/common crawl. No content regressions discovered.
