Tim Allison resolved TIKA-1657.

Resolution: Fixed
I moved Nick's code from tika-example to tika-core, and I made it available via
tika-app.
I added a handful of tests, but we'll need more...new tickets as needed.
Also, we'll need to figure out how to store the parameters for the
ExecutorService so that we can dump that information...new ticket.
