Thank you, [~nicholasc], for this one, as well.  I was able to trigger the 
problem by converting the tests to our usual TikaTest {{getXML()}}, which in 
turn uses the XML content handler instead of the BodyContentHandler.

Fix applied.

It isn't clear to me why the ExecutableParser is adding a CONTENT_TYPE instead 
of setting it...
