Looks to be Apache licensed, but the WordPerfect code is mixed into with their
own Tika tweaks and their own parsing tool, so not that easy to re-use as-is
Probably best if someone reached out to the author, and asked if they'd mind
contributing their WordPerfect parser and QuattroPro parser to Tika?
