RFC822Parser {{add}}s the 'subject' instead of {{set}}ing it.  {{dc:title}} can 
only be single-valued.  In a few handfuls of cases, this causes an exception 
which is usually hidden by:

} catch (RuntimeException me) {
{noformat}
