The OOXML stuff uses a {{.version suffix}}, so if we followed that it'd be
{{application/vnd.apple.keynote.13}}
I think the formats are probably too different for {{;version=13}} eg
{{application/vnd.apple.keynote;version=13}} though they are both zip-based
(but very different contents and structure!)
